Membership Pricing Table
There is a one-time $100 registration fee for each new family when joining the membership. **This fee will be waived for newborns and for previous patients of Dr. Wheeler.**

Family Pricing: There is a $300/month maximum for families with up to 3 children. Each additional child is $50/month.
